Math Assistance Call Center (MACC)

A pioneering initiative designed to help Adult Education Literacy (AEL) students:

  • Multilingual support in English, Spanish, and 10+ additional languages, ensuring accessibility for all.
  • Free, personalized math tutoring for students preparing for their GED or enhancing their basic math skills for daily life.
  • AI-powered learning tools like the LOTUS platform,offering adaptive assessments and tailored Student Learning Plans (SLPs).

Youth Counseling and Development Programs

Programs addressing critical challenges faced by youth, especially those at risk of delinquency, school dropout, or substance abuse:

  • Life Skills Training: Equipping youth with the tools to navigate challenges like peer pressure, substance abuse, and gang involvement.
  • Academic Tutoring and Homework Assistance: Helping students rebuild academic foundations and prepare for success in school and beyond.
  • A Mentorship: Providing adult role models to guide youth through the complexities of adolescence.
  • Virtual service delivery, ensuring accessibility and safety during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic.
